Billing
Payments on SociaTrick are processed using a secure and verified payment gateway, with no sensitive financial information being input through our web site. The secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services, you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, or debit card institution. Furthermore, you have the authorization to use the credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any other payment source used to make the purchase. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or chargeback, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address. Users acknowledge chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will not be carried out before discussing the situation with our support team.
Order Start Conditions
Your account must be public before placing your order. If your account is not public, your order will not start. Therefore, SociaTrick is not responsible for any disruptions that may occur.
Delivery Terms
Your order generally starts within 2 hour after the order is placed. However, this time may vary in cases of density. Likewise, when social media platforms publish any updates, the start of your order may be delayed. In such cases, you can get information via live support.
The link or username you enter after placing your order is entirely your responsibility. If you have placed an order on a wrong link and this order has already started, it is not possible to make any changes. Likewise, if the link or user you have entered cannot be reached after you have entered your order, this order is considered completed and the sociatrick is not responsible in any way.
If the account belonging to the link or user name you entered while your order is in the process of being processed, your order will be interrupted if the account is made a private account. for this reason, you are fully responsible for the actions you will take regarding your account after your order has started.
As mentioned above, in some cases your order may be delayed. If you contact us via live support, this situation will be completely resolved.
Warranty Conditions
If you have purchased one of our guaranteed services, the warranty is based on the quantity you purchased within the warranty period specified in the service description. Your warranty period starts after your order is completed and any drops will be compensated for. Unfortunately, refill is not provided for drops outside the warranty period. The end counter of your order is taken as a basis and when you request a refill, a refill is provided by the amount deducted from this number. For example, if your number of followers is 3000 when your order is completed, but this number drops to 2700 after 3 days, your 300 followers will be sent again.
Order Completion Conditions
After you place your order, the system automatically saves the starting number according to the link or username you have given. then it generates the finish number based on the quantity of your order. The system automatically checks and saves the current number at regular intervals. If the ending number and the current number are equal, your order is considered completed. To avoid any confusion, please do not enter orders from different sites for the same link or username.
